About Le Chateau Estates 

·         Le Chateau means “The Mansions” in English and Le Chateau was created as a direct response to high pent-up demand for a new executive custom chateau community for the wealthy residents of Atlanta with bigger and wider lots, lake lots and private large tracts of land outside the constraints of a standard subdivision with the freedom to design/build a variety of European and Modern chateau styles of their dreams.
